Great location for us. A short walk to the subway and access all over Tokyo. Easy to get to via transit from the airport. The free Disneyland shuttle was great, I wish I had booked earlier to utilize the shuttle for all my Disneyland days.

I arrived a few minutes early and asked if I could check in but the staff refused and asked me (with minimal required politeness) to wait. A bunch of people showed up so by the time check-in started it was quite crowded. After waiting I was directed to use a check-in machine. After entering my information and finally getting to the payment screen the machine wasn't able to accept my card and I had to go to the reception desk - WHAT I HAD ASKED TO DO AT THE BEGINNING - to accept my payment. I have worked in hotel management in Tokyo and I know that allowing a guest to check in a little early is always at the discretion of the front desk manager. It wouldn't have cost them anything to allow me to get my key a little earlier. When I finally went up to my room much later housekeeping had not even put towels in my room yet. So there wasn't even any reason for delaying my check in other than to inconvenience me.
