Very good 8.0
Great base for our Tokyo stay.
This hotel really surprised us on the upside!! The rooms were very comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, they supplied bottled water and a Handy phone to use which was VERY handy. The rooms have good city views and the breakfast room views were great as well. Breakfast was good and had something for everyone. The Hotel is right by the Subway station and the JR line is only a 5-6 minute walk away. The Tokyo Edo Museum is 2 mins away, and the Sumo stadium is about an 8 minute walk. Plenty of places to get food within 10 mins walk. Rooms were very comfortable, clean and everything worked. We found this to be a great base for our stay in Tokyo and would happily stay here again. And you can buy tickets for Disneyland here and the Hotel runs a shuttle direct to Tokyo Disneyland for free!!!

Happy Travellers.
Loved everything about this hotel. Suburban feel while being so close to all places of interest. Near to metro and JR line. Next door to Edo museum and Sumo Stadium. Able to get to all areas of the city quickly. The rooms were large ,very comfortable, and with great service..

Great value!
Great hotel, in a quiet suburb in Tokyo with both JR and metro stations within 5 minute walk. Clean rooms, all rooms come with view of either the river or skytree, hotel rooms are located between 14th to 24h floor. Breakfast was not included in the room rate that i booked, but i found it to be actually cheaper to pay the hotel directly at the hotel, if you wish to have breakfast cost $1500yen per person. Free microwave oven available for guest use is on the 14th floor. The only negative is that the level of english spoken by the staff is very minimal.
