Great Hotel in a great location
This is among the best hotels i've stayed at anywhere in the world. We booked the "Fantastic Suite" which was perfect for us as a couple travelling with our 12 YO son as the room divides nicely to give good privacy. The room was large enough to store our luggage including a large bag containing skis, and still feel very comfortable. Bottled water was provided daily. The staff at the hotel were sensational, Tomas and all the concierge staff organised tours and transport as well as restaurant bookings and nothing was too much trouble. The bar and restaurants are awesome, and the hotel is located close to many of the great restaurants of Santiago which we really enjoyed visiting. I would definitely stay here again on any subsequent trip to Santiago.

Excellent staff
The most remarkable thing about the stay here was the customer service. The staff was without doubt the most polite and accommodating hotel staff I have ever dealt with. They helped me make special arrangements for a marriage proposal and arranged a private driver from the airport. Every question I asked was answered with a smile with no hint of the irritation that enters the voice of so many people involved in customer service. I thank the staff for making this a wonderful stay
