We were given a room in the attic with low ceilings. Hit our heads. We were not told that this was the room we booked on Expedia. Our bookings were for a deluxe room. Avoid the attic rooms. If I had known about the size and location of this room, I would have got a different room.

LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE! The staff made you feel like family, breakfast was amazing, the views from our room were beautiful and truly i cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The view cannot be beat at this property at all, staff was friendly, and breakfast was nice, however our shower had a stench. When you are paying $900 a night, the hotel should be kept in top condition and frankly we are just tired of the 5 star prices and continually lacking service and conditions with the excuse of covid. The hotel offered us the shower across the hall but we were uninterested in toting back and forth so we just showered down using the bath tub handle.
