Staff we encountered were extremely helpful and very friendly. Hotel did not meet my expectations for a Holiday Inn Express. Lobby walls dirty, couches stained, carpets dirty. Just rundown. Room seemed clean though.

No pool towels available and when we requested some they had none so we had to leave the pool area dripping. The room was nice but the AC/heater unit only blew hot air and we had to turn it off after a while or te room would be uncomfortably hot, so we constantly had to be turning it on and off to keep the room at a decent temperature.

When we arrived at the hotel, the staff informed us the room was not available and did not have any room for us. I still have a charge on my card and we did not get a room, or any accommodations.

The hot tub wasn’t working which was disappointing, that’s part of why we booked a hotel for a night. The pop machines didn’t work on any of the floors. Instead of notifying us ahead of time, when we arrived we were told they were doing carpet cleaning and we may have to leave are room in the morning earlier than expected. Was not was I had in mind for a relaxing stay with my fiancée.

It was probably the worst experience I have ever had. We were there for a family Christmas party and the front desk lady followed my 8 year old son into the party room yelling at him for dropping a ball in the stairwell. I then went into the hallway to speak with the lady who then proceeded to yell at myself and a few other family members. When asked for the manager’s information 3 different times so I could send a email she would say give me 5 mins and disappear. This deal went on for a better part of 2 hours. I had to call the 800 number to get the info. The hotel it self seems to have no maintenance at all and is very run down. It also appears the all the employees live in the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel at all. I can’t even believe Holiday Inn would have their name on something like this.
