Functional place to lay your head.
Overall it’s ok, functional and very close to the metro. The included breakfast is ok, but could do with improvements, like an egg station or more fruit. The rooms are ok. But have coffee in the rooms would help and better pillows.

Convenient place
Room was a bit small but that was expected being Japan. We went in winter and the building was a bit too warm for our liking and couldn't adjust the temperature of the room so we had to open the window for some air. Makes it a bit noisier and tricky to dress for the day because it gets too hot inside but it's pretty cold out. Facilities were good, we got 3 choices of restaurants for breakfast which is handy. Also appreciated the option to hold our luggage at Hotel New Hankyu Osaka on our last day, which is right next to the airport limousine stop.

Very convenient location, only 150m walk from the station. Staff are helpful, service is great, very thoughtful umbrellas are free for hotel guests to use.

Basic but functional
Decent basic hotel considering it’s Tokyo. Good location beside train station. Rooms are small, good shower. Ideal if you intend spending most time out sightseeing.

Couples
Hotel was fine but as a couple it was cramped and after second day got frustrating not being able to have both suitcases open. Room hot so had to have window open whole stay which was very noisey. Arrived just after 2 from a long haul flight and had to wait til mandatory 3pm for check in or pay extra which I think is a bit of a joke.
