Front desk was very friendly and gave tips on how to navigate the tulip festival. Room layout was great and fun for our kids to have their “own side.” Room service was quick and food was good - could benefit from a table to help eat as there is not a lot of seating available in room for eating. Location is great for downtown access. Soft close doors typical of most hilton properties (which I appreciate). Beds and bath all good. Nothing particularly special about the room. For the price, I was expecting a little more, but this hotel is more of a plastic glass and paper cup sort of place. There's construction going on so the parking lot is a little torn up and you can get some noise during the week. Our room was 2nd floor facing 7h street, and I don't recommend. 7th street is busy and noisy during the week. The gym was a bit of a disappointment with 2 treads (one out of order), a peloton bike (pointless w/o a subscription) and a recumbent bike for cardio...we ended up going to an anytime fitness across town. Check in was ok tho' it seems parking may cost if you're not a honors member? We are so no issue, but the hotels.com reservation states that parking is free so watch out for that.

The staff at this hotel was truly exceptional. Welcoming, warm, great communicators, efficient. The location of this hotel is excellent for our family which was visiting for a high school swim tournament at the Holland Aquatic Center. We had room 302, which was perfect for our family for 4. Very spacious, comfortable beds, and excellent space for our family. We loved having the Koffee shop in the entry, and the walkability to downtown Holland.
