Great Hotel! We absolutely loved how modern it is. The AC is great and the room is very cold, something we really appreciated considering how many places in Europe do not have good air conditioning. Staff was very nice and helpful. There is room service which was great and helpful. The food was very good and there is also a restaurant. We had a nice view and there is also a pool if you want to swim. There is also a shuttle that picks you up and drops you off at the airport. We think that it is pretty central in Madrid, it is about a 15-20 min drive to downtown Madrid. I definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Rooms were clean and comfy. The one concern we had was the airport shuttle. They run one van every hour and they require you to reserve a spot on the shuttle. We arrived at midnight from a delayed flight and the shuttle was already booked out for the entire morning so we had to find an alternate way to get back to the airport for our morning flight. For a hotel that is close to an international airport and who also advertises a free shuttle, having more than one van per hour would be beneficial so that all guests staying at the hotel could use the free service.
