8/10 Very good

Hotel was super clean and very comfortable, with very helpful staff like Judy! Only bad thing was the elevators being slow and only one of them working. Other than that no complaints! Would definitely stay here again.

I didn't like the fact that the hotel had only 1 elevator the other one was not working and the room was okay but the view was very nice and the breakfast was very very good. The hotel needs an upgrade like to remodel it and fix upnthe rooms as well.

8/10 Very good

Love having the bedroom separate from the living room/ coffee bar area. The balcony looking over the broadwalk and ocean was perfect. Very comfortable and breakfast was good as we looked out at the ocean and relaxed.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

It was great except for one elevator not work 90% of the time. Staff outstanding, free breakfast outstanding, the exterior needs some cosmetic upgrades. BUT GREAT STAY AND OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!!!

6/10 Good

Our room was very clean. The breakfast bar was good and clean. The staff did not deserve the restless folks making demands on them like the owned the place. We didn’t have anything negative about our check in and check out. Nice place to stay.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

The staff was very professional and courteous. The breakfast was excellent and the chefs were courteous. Very good service overall. The one issue was the elevators. One was out of order during my stay.

8/10 Very good

Really nice oceanfront hotel to catch a beautiful sunrise, occasional dolphin sighting, or just a peaceful moment to yourself. The hotel room was clean, comfortable bed, great shower and again a beautiful view. The staff was great. A decent breakfast and the dining area also has great views of the beach.

6/10 Good

Enjoyed our stay here. Staff were great, room was nice. We especially enjoyed the kitchen staff for breakfast in the mornings! The largest downside were the elevators. You will genuinely spend 10-15 minutes waiting for them at times, only for it to land on your floor to be too full to join anyways. Ended up getting stuck on one due to too many people being on it.
Verified review

6/10 Good

This property is sorely in need of updates. Only one of the two elevators was working until the last day of our stay. We needed to use the stairs most of the time because the long wait for an elevator was inconvenient. The room was damp and the shower leaked on the floor of the bathroom. The air conditioning was not able to dehumidify the room and our bath towels never felt completely dry. The best part of our stay was the delicious breakfast and the staff that prepared it.
