No Kleenex in the room. Asked for towels to be delivered on second day, none were. Desk lamp did not work. Remote for tv did not work, but asked for batteries and it worked. Staff super nice and helpful.

GOOD LOCATION. FREE SHUTTLE WAS AWESOME! TAKEN TO OUR EVENT & PICKED UP. THAT WAS THE BEST PART OF OUR STAY. WALLS ARE SUPER THIN! COULD HERE EVERY TIME THE TOILET FLUSHED NEXT DOOR WHICH WAS ALL NIGHT LONG & EVEN RAZOR TAPPING ON THE SINK AT 5 AM!!! WE WERE ALSO PUT NEXT TO THE MAINTENANCE CLOSET AND THEY STATRED AT 6 AM. SO UNLESS YOU'RE GETTING UP BEFORE THE CRACK OF DAWN YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY PEACE & QUIET. ROOM WAS CLEAN ENOUGH

We booked the hotel months in advance. When we arrived, we were told there were no King Rooms and we would be given two queens. This wasn't a huge deal but there was little explanation given as to why this happened.

We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel, brought the kids for the weekend! Front desk lady was friendly and welcoming, and breakfast lady was also very nice and helpful, she made my son a waffle and he was very happy! Hotel was clean and the room was like we expected. We would definitely stay there again. Very close to the kids museum and Zoo, also nice sushi place within walking distance! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
