Hands down the best hotel we've stayed at in Japan. While the hotel may not be brand new, it is immaculately maintained—spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and in an unbeatable location. From check-in to check-out, the service was flawless. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism, making our stay truly exceptional. A well-deserved five stars across the board.

Fantastic location. Covered walkway from the train station with many restaurants and shopping along the way. Basic twin room was pretty small but love the locations!

My second stay here. A passageway connects the hotel to JR Okayama station so it’s most convenient when travelling by train. Staff & service are excellent. Will stay here again next time I’m in Okayama.

The bathroom was wonderful, with a tub, anti-fog function on the mirror, and bath salts provided. There was also a great coffee-maker and hot pot, with ceramic mugs and real glasses. I'm glad that the friend who was originally going to share the room was not able to come because the twin beds crammed up against the wall with no space around the back one would have made it very difficult to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. The lighting and TV were fine, but I would have like more counter space or a desk instead of just one very small round table and a very narrow shelf behind the bed to put things on.
