ソファは客室に置くべきではないほどの状態で、天井のフィルターも汚かったです。これは車いすなどの身体障害者向けの部屋だと思います（お風呂にブザーや手すりがあったり、ドアののぞき窓が上下2つ付いていた）が、彼らがこの部屋に泊まったら、大事な客として扱われているとは感じられないでしょう。スタッフの対応が素晴らしかっただけに残念です。

Very good hotel at a great rate for a family of 5
For the value, the hotel was a very good deal. My family and I enjoyed the Chinese style hotel breakfast. However, we didn't enjoy the boiled ham slices. They could have serve them cool. For people driving to the hotel, be aware that parking can be tricky if you are not use to the area. We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel parking at the underground parking lot. It was great that the hotel paid for the parking and very convenient to the nearest train stations.

Typical Japanese hotel for salarymen. Seedy street near the Kawasaki train station, many places to eat and pachinko parlors. Small room with faint cigarette smoke. Breakfast was very good though. Not recommended for foreign visitors.
