A litle bit of splash
Room was amazing and enjoyable. For the most part peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was boring, but so is most places with bfeakfast right now.

When I got there at 3:30 pm my room was not ready. I didn’t get my room until 7pm. They never cleaned my room. I had to keep asking them to get the trash. They were short staff. My shower water would not go down.

We arrived around 6:30pm, but our room was not ready yet, the check-in was at 4:00pm, the front desk employee told me that she will call me as soon as the room was ready. We decided to go out and eat, then we come back around 9:20pm, no phone call from them yet, and the employee told me that the room became available at that very moment. One of the half bathroom, the one with the toilet, smelled really bad... plus, my reservation was for 5 people, but they didn't have the bedding for the pull out sofa, nor enough towels for all of us. Unfortunately is was not a pleasant experience.

I booked this hotel based on the reviews. However, the real life experience was very disappointing. First day, I found hair in the sink. The tub also had stains. I did not feel comfortable at all. We even had to ask front desk for bags for the trash cans. In addition, the bar at the pool was ridiculous. We paid $36 for two drinks. I will not be coming back again.

I consider clients should not have to pay for parking on top of the hotel price., especially $12.00 and they have to say it upfront on the website, that is why i lowered the score, otherwise very good, breakfast just ok.
