A nice, spacious accommodation option right in the heart of Toronto. The condo had an amazing view and all the necessary amenities.

The security guards were less than helpful and had no care for customer service.

Great city view
The place is more toward an Airbnb, we lived on the 65th floor, and the view from the window was fabulous. We saw the fireworks on New Year's Eve. In addition, the location is extremely convenient to take public transportation. Overall, it is a wonderful place to stay. Some little defects: The tidiness can be improved because we found towels in the dryer and some used gloves in the kitchenette cabinet drawer. The place offers cookware, which is convenient but a little bit old, you will need to prepare seasonings.

Easy check in using email confirmation. Once the Building security confirmed our Name and reservation. We were allowed to preceed to our assigned room. Key inside room. Scenic view of Toronto harbor. 43th floor Very pleasant experience.

Property was as expected - small, basic apartment but that was all I needed or expected at the price. Very nice view of the lake and very convenient to the waterfront, CN tower, Roger's Center and Union Station. Gave only 4 stars as there was no coffee for the coffee maker and very limited towels and blankets. No big deal but not "excellent" either.

Left us with one piece of tissue. Dirty coffee pot. No can opener. Dishwasher pods were kept with eating utensils. Not sanitary.

2/10 Poor

We were double booked so another group had already checked into our room we arrived. Our host was unreachable by phone or through Expedia until the security guard agreed to try to get a hold of him for me. When the host finally got in touch with me, he could not find another room for us. Fotunately Expedia was eventually able to find a room at another location nearby, but it took quite a bit of time since most places were already booked up.

I was part of a system error that overbooked the property. Communication was slow in the beginning but quick after I had to leave abruptly. It was a huge inconvenience as I was traveling with my 1 year old. I requested a refund and would probably never use or recommend this place to anyone.

6/10 Good

Bedsheets were stained, probably washed , but not certain after looking closely. Check in was not explained in detail. We drove here as a family...and had lots of luggage. There was no explanation of where to park, load, unload and park. Security tried to contact the property manager to see about parking in the garage, and they did not answer the call. You need a fob to access doors and elevators and that was in the room, so we wasted more time dragging luggage around, then having to go back to security to give us access to ride the elevator, open building doors, etc. The location is great, the views are amazing, the check in process was terrible, and stained bedsheet was gross to think about.

6/10 Good

The rating reflects the individual unit I rented and its host. The larger property/building is fine: location, security, cleanliness. The specific unit was clean but we had several issues. I messaged Expedia and toilet paper appeared even though I got no response from about other noted issues like linens: towels were folded and returned wet and clean to the closet. The dryer did not work but we did not try the washer. Additionally, the tub was slippery and there were no grab bars. There was ONE washcloth. The sheets were pilled and one bottom sheet in the closet appeared soiled! The pillows need to be replaced. The bathroom fan was not functional. Lamps within the unit would be helpful. The problems appear related to the host’s specific unit. Security told us to contact the host when we inquired about problems.

Never again - No room available upon arrival.
What was intended to be a convenient place to stay so we could take our mobility challenged child to see a concert nearby, turned into a nightmare! The host received the additional payments for the cleaning fee and the parking, and I received multiple confirmation message from the host including all checkin details a day before my arrival. Upon arriving I discovered that they had double booked my suite, and it was already occupied. At this point the only option available was a hotel 40min away, which caused my daughter considerable discomfort as we had already been in the car for 4 hours, had no time to rest before the concert, and had to spend more time in the car afterward before having a place for her to rest. What was supposed to be a nice family event turned into an overall crappy experience, all because this host can't manage their affairs.
