Awesome stay!
My mom booked our room while we were visiting her. The staff was extremely friendly, polite and smiling. The breakfast was very good and fresh. I even ended up staying another night. Very very pleased with everything and will be coming back.

Great room, noisy location!
Great friendly staff treated us! Room was fantastic, best nights sleep. Only problem were the people constantly fighting and up and down the elevator/stairs. Slamming doors and the room backed up to elevator/stairs area. Many loud bangs from stairway door slamming shut! Went on till 1 or 2 am. Next time I’m reminded to ask about rooms location. Cuz that was horrible!

It was good except for a few maintenance issues which the staff corrected. The desk chair is broken and someone may fall. Told the staff. Hotel was noisy, but they all are. Would stay again!

A little too far from 95. Not as clean as the other Holiday Inn Express locations I have stayed in. Surprising in these times. Also, there was no bar soap in the Bathroom and no liquid soap in the shower dispenser. The staff however was very friendly and helpful. Overall i would not choose to stay here again.

The room was clean however when I walked it was really warm considering it was the middle of summer. I tried several times to adjust the AC but nothing worked so I called the front desk. They told maintenance would be there shortly but no one ever came. To add to that there was only one wash cloth in the towel set and a box of tissue with one tissue laid across the box.
