Stunning Views and Spotlessly Clean
The reception staff were friendly, upbeat, and helpful, and our ocean view suite was impeccably spotless. Unfortunately, the bartender at the lodge seemed overwhelmed, forgot our order (twice), and staff allowed a large group of about a dozen people to mingle and table hop during sunset cocktail hour which did not conform to provincial health guidelines.

First let me say my wife and I love the Middle Beach Lodge. We have been regularly visiting since about 2010. We have booked a unit in a 'sixplex' most of those years aside from two years where we had a full cabin. Our unit this year was not fully to our liking. It was a smaller space, located without the normal level of privacy and what view there was, was mostly obscured by trees. Each time we had booked a 'sixplex' previously we had a king bed, a good to excellent view and unquestionable privacy. I take the blame for not knowing there was a lesser level of 'sixplex' that has smaller beds and a much smaller kitchen area. My advice when booking, be aware there are deluxe units and while still nice, lesser ones as well.

An absolutely amazing stay at a breathtaking hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The entire resort area was very clean and they had measures in place for social distancing, etc. due to COVID. Can’t wait to stay again next time we are in Tofino!

We loved the yesteryear memorabilia... very authentic and maritime... the lodges and cabins are well-nestled in a supernatural shoreline forest interface...an oasis!!! Middle Beach Lodge was our first Westcoast interlude and we hope to return to our first love 😀

We have been going to this area since 1970. We usually camp next door but we are aging and this place is near Bella Pacifica where we use to tent and now our son and his family do. There is nothing quite like it rain or shine. We love it!
