An ok Hotel
Woke up to the cigarette smoke in my room. There are obviously rooms for smokers available, the ventilation systems then sucks the cigarette smoke into the other non-smoking rooms

Booked a double room for two people and when i arrived i was given a twin room with tiny single beds - hotels.com has the booking as a double but there must have been a 'glitch in the system' on either hotels.com or the actual hotel apparently. The hotel said that despite the booking being wrong (not my fault) i would incur a fee to have the double room i booked. Not happy about this but hotels.com covered the cost (in voucher form) which was greatly appreciated. The double room i was moved into was much better. Overall a good stay - if you get the right room!

The staff was very unfriendly and super unhelpful. I was assured that a car had been arranged to collect one of the guest at the airport. I had confirmation from the hotel via Expedia chat as well as from the front desk gentleman. There was no car and we had to make alternate arrangements. Very unprofessional. Rooms are old and decor and furnishings worn and dated. I would not stay here again.

We asked for a high floor and even though the hotel was packed due to World Cup in Moscow, the staff found us a perfect room! The service was excellent and warm.

Decent hotel for the price at the World Cup
Tidy rooms and decent russian breakfast. The hotel is old and big (it seems to be there from the soviet times). There are restaurants and shops inside the building. it is a little far from the centre. Staff was helpful, but kinda cold. Need to be nicer to the customer.

Отличный отель
В номере очень уютно, тихо, соседей совсем не слышно. Понравилось что в номере предусмотрен чайник. Отдельно о персонале. Все от Администраторов, до охранников и уборщиц очень вежливые, приветиливые. При любой встрече здороваются, улыбаются, желают хорошего отдыха, независим это 10 вечера или 8 утра. Осталось очень приятное впечатление

В номерах отеля ужасно холодно. Кондиционеры не работают. Сотрудники максимум, что могут предложить в этой ситуации - дополнительное одеяло.
