    Nice place, one or two staff membs need evaluation

    1st, the comfort of the hot showers and the support soft bed is a huge winner for us. 2nd, being able to have a fun drink at any given time of day and night without leaving is super convenient. My only concern is the price of things onsite. The room price is reasonable and what i expect. The parking charge rate, food prices and drink prices are a little high. Youre better off going out to eat or ordering something in. The overall staff was great, only one of them that waited the breakfast was strange. Wierd insinuations in some awkward playfulness. It was pretty uncomfortable that morning. Overall stay was great. You can tell everyone else was having a good time which says a lot.

    Need better service

    The service ia terrible. The pool was the best part of this hotel. We decided to stay an extra night. They gave us the same room that was broken down. I asked for new bedding 3 times!!! I went down stairs twice and called the 3rd time. I had two little kids exhausted and NO ONE showed with bedding. We had to sleep on a bare bed. Unbelievable!!! Super disappointed cause they lady saw the how tored the kids were.
