This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel in Grodås. It was a quiet overnight stay in a very beautiful setting. The rooms are clean, the breakfast was very good and had a generous amount of food. We were able to charge our car across the street behind the Coop store but they are adding e-car chargers to the front of the hotel so that will be available soon. This is a lovely little town.

The staff were very polite, especially in reception and the breakfast chef was very accommodating. The hotel has amazing views, but the interior and exterior need an urgent upgrade. The room had an odd odour, which was very unpleasant. It smelt like cheap perfume or toilet cleaner. I found it hard to sleep because of this.

Awesome Hotel!

This is a very pretty hotel in a charming town. Make sure you get the water facing room with Balcony. Absolutely breathtaking views! But the most awesome part of this Hotel is : THE STAFF. I booked an ordinary room because it was cheaper, but when I walked in and saw the views I was missing, I asked if I could be upgraded to a room with the views and they moved me without charging anything. My wife left her Apple watch in the room after we checked out. The hotel didn't only email me that they found the Watch during room cleaning, but they literally shipped it to the United States WITHOUT CHARGING ME A DIME!! Just think about that!! I was willing to pay whatever it took them to ship the watch, but they didn't charge me anything!! Special Thanks to Ivan Lucic. You are a gentleman Sir! If you are passing by the area and looking to stay the night, do not think twice and book this gem of a place. Would stay here in a heartbeat if I am in the area again!

En overnatting her på gjennomreise. Noe gammelt hotell men rent, og veldig flott beliggenhet! Elbil-ladere var dessverre okkupert av feilparkerte bensin-biler, trolig pga. litt lite parkeringsplasser. Vi fant en annen lader 2-3 minutter å gå unna, som hadde type 2 slik at bilen kunne stå over natten. Hotellet burde merke opp med skilt der sine el-billadere er montert i tillegg til maling på selve parkeringsplasen, så kunne trolig det vært unngått. Vi er mange som er avhengige av disse.

Vi ankom fredag kl 13 og blev mødt af en utrolig sød og hjælpsom receptionist. Vi fik værelset to timer før check ind tid uden problemer. Vi gik en tur i området og besøgte et lille museum med en lokal billedhugger og det kan anbefales. På vores gåtur undrede vi os over en vedvarende støj i området og det viste sig at det kom fra en møbelfabrik. Vi håber Grodås beboerne kan gå sammen og få undersøgt om det støjniveau virkelig er tilladt så tæt på beboelse. Det var stille næste dag så de lukker åbenbart i weekenden. Beliggenhed med søudsigt er jo tip top og det må være det, som giver den 4. Stjerne. Vi ville nok rate til 3 stjerner. Morgenmaden var desværre skuffende. Både spejlæg og røræg var koldt og pålæg var klasket på en tallerken fra pakken og osten var intetsigende. Det er med tungt hjerte vi giver denne feedback men vi var lidt skuffede. Med få greb kan oplevelsen løftes og derfor gav vi også feedback direkte til personalet da vi tjekkede ud. Men absolut top karakter til de to receptionister vi var i kontakt med. De var fantastiske.
