This hotel says 4 star is more like 3 or 2 star . The biggest issue was the ac barely worked. Was super hot outside and you came back to a hot room . We told the hotel and they made it seem like there was nothing wrong with the temperature . The ac unit was tiny and not big enough to cool the room . Barely blew any air . Bathroom had no air . Room was not big enough for 3 adults even though it was marketed as a triple. Shower was extremely slippery with nowhere to put anything . Hotel was quite far from the main part of town with restaurant and shops . Whenever we needed anything they made us come down to get it . No concierge whatsoever you are on your own. Staff is rude , particularly at the front desk . We were there 3 days linen wasn’t changed and the 3 rd bed was uncomfortable.
