In a nice area and generally a lively hotel however some of the amenities we specifically booked the hotel for such as the washing machine and hob were out of use which would have influenced our decision in staying. Additionally they have a system for the lift that means it can take up to 15 mins to get back to your room which can be very frustrating at times

The room was pretty much a no frills room. Had induction stove top but no pans, dishes or silverware. Had a washing machine but not hooked up. No bidet. The elevator was a mess. Five floors of parking and 21 floors of rooms. During busy times had to wait for several cars before actually getting on. There weren’t enough parking so the guests were parked on the ramps or where ever they found a spot. The TV was programmed to shut off and couldn’t cancel the auto shut off. It definitely was challenging stay.

DO NOT USE THE BREAKFAST BUFFET HERE. The breakfast buffet is probably the worst one available in the developed world. They named the venue "Find Dining" and this is what one gets as he or she enters: - The boiled eggs have discoloured yolks in green. - The scrambled eggs are soggy. - Kids are running around and no one stops them. - The worst part is that the guests have to bring the dishes to the rack after finishing the meal. And they call it a "restaurant" and a meal costs approximately 20 USD per person. A grade C canteen would be better than this. I do not expect some extravagant breakfast from a hotel in Korea (they are often expensive and the quality of food is sub-standard) but it was an utter waste of money to eat there. The room was fine. It was clean overall, though I accidentally found a long human hair on the floor.

Verified review

2/10 Poor

Verified review

2/10 Poor
