It felt more like an automated experience than anything. Self check in, digital room key, and a continental breakfast that left a little to be desired. Stayed two nights and barely saw anyone else. Kind of gave haunted mansion vibes. That said— the best was very comfortable and the room was nicely spacious.

Self check-in did not work, and it was a lengthy process for the attendant to help. Only one elevator worked so we spent a lot of time waiting, as we didn’t want to climb 9 flights of stairs repeatedly. The breakfast that was included was pathetic. The futon was quite uncomfortable, and no linens were provided for it so we had to request them. The location was perfect for an event at the convention center, but that’s about the only positive from our stay.

Only 1elevator that functions and we were on the 12th floor. Parking pass rarely works so in/outs from parking garage are extra time. Cement slab floor is cold and makes noise travel. Rooms were super clean and new. Beds and linens comfy. This hotel is all online-no front desk- keep in mind if you need anything.

This place is different... No key cards. They use your Google wallet for the key. Room was clean. The lack of carpet, and bare concrete floor may put some people off. All in all, they place is very different, but quite good.

Overall was all right and clean. Great location for being at the DCC event. Just a few things to consider: - the building has poor insulation between rooms and also the exterior, very noisy. - Only 1 elevator was functioning of the 3 and it was busy due to event at the DCC. - Had to request soap and shampoo since the bottles in the shower were empty. Personal was very polite and quick to help when I complained. - Breakfast was just scramble eggs, cereal bars and fruits. That isn’t a “continental breakfast”. No meat and no bread/ pastries/ waffles. - No employees available in the breakfast area. - free hot chocolate at the lobby was a pleasant surprise for a cold day.

Excellent except the pillows.

Everything was good except the bed pillows. This is the only reason I rate it lower on comfort. They are really thick hard foam and nearly impossible to sleep on. They need to switch to feather pillows. Breakfast was full serving - not just continental.

This hotel is clearly in the middle of a major renovation. Our room had been newly renovated and looked great, but the final cleanup had been missed. There was drywall dust throughout the room from the construction work. The biggest issue was the air conditioner. It was extremely loud and wasn't cooling the room well. My husband checked the filters and found them completely packed with dust. The unit was struggling to push air through them. Once removed, the noise stopped and the room cooled much better, though there was no filtration. The check-in process was frustrating. There is no front desk, and you're expected to check in through a link before arrival. We ended up standing in a dark corridor from the parking garage, unable to access the building until we completed the online check-in and received a QR code. Thankfully, there was a staff member in the lobby who helped us. The renovated lobby was modern, clean, and attractive, but like many common areas, it was very warm due to a lack of air conditioning. Breakfast was decent with eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes, breads, bagels, pastries, fruit, cereal, and breakfast bars. The coffee, however, was terrible. The coffee in the room was better. The beds, pillows, and blankets were comfortable, and we had no issues with noise during our stay. Overall, I think this hotel has a lot of potential once renovations are complete. The lack of a traditional front desk is a drawback for me, but despite the issues, I would stay again.

Very disappointed in the hotel not having the pool open, restaurant was closed for remodel, and the breakfast was a muffin you got out of a fridge and put in the microwave. This was not mentioned on their website. My kids were looking forward to the pool. Also, the hotel does not have A/C except for in your room. The security guards were sitting in the lobby with multiple fans and a portable A/C to keep them cool. The room overall was clean and accommodating but do not go for anything other then that.
