Great staff. Basic and limited hotel. Felt a bit soulless to be honest. That said, it was great value for money and a good stop over place for 1-2 nights.

Clean room / convenient location (free parking) / modern facilities / good breakfast and very good price

8/10 Very good

YOTEL is close to the airport with a shuttle, though the shuttle does not run in the afternoon. We needed to take a taxi which was 65 Francs. I chose the hotel for the rooftop terrace with views of Lake Geneva but it was not open so that was disappointing. The hotel was clean, with a modern and minimalist decor. Since it is located away from the city, public transportation tickets were provided and it was convenient to have an onsite restaurant which was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

4/10 Fair

First time in 25 years of traveling with the family that we couldn't eat at the hotel restaurant. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so little to no alternative. Ended up outside at the rooftop, but on a 36c hot day, it was less that enjoyable. Fortunately the staff on the rooftop was outstanding and helped make our stay more enjoyable. The room itself was ok. But it never cooled off. AC was set to coolest and the room never actually reached 24c and that was by the unit. The rest of the room was hot and uncomfortable. And I don't know where people are supposed to hang their towels. Otherwise the modern room was ok. Not for the tech wary people. Airport shuttle worked out great.
