Only saw one staff member at the Hotel, As your access is via your mobile for both entering the hotel and room. Breakfast was just round the corner at another Hotel. Even though there was entertainment near by in the main plaza, It was quiet.

Terrible we checked out straight away

Booked this place as it was 3 star but seemed to be a 2 star hostal when we arrived. we needed air con, parking and pet friendly. We arrived to no parking space so we drove round for a long time then had to pay for parking even though their page says on site garage. When we arrived it was hot and we spent about 2 hours trying to get the air con working for them to say it just blows air, it’s wasn’t air con and there was none available. Nothing was done to help. No fan provided. I was travelling with a pet with a very thick coat and I struggle with the heat so air con was absolutely necessary. We asked for a refund. They said no and walked off. I had to contact hotels.con for assistance and we received a partial refund and checked out and the drive 6 hours to get to our next destination. Really disappointed with the whole situation

The bathroom was tired. The toilet did not refill easily, and the toilet flushing button kept falling off. Staff was helpful. Virtual keys a waste of time and a nuisance. Luckily there was one key card but Gid help anyone who only uses a virtual key. If your phone dies or is snatched, you are stranded if no-one is at reception.

Minha estadia foi curta, de apenas 1 noite, mas foi ótima. Estava tudo bem limpo e o quarto era exatamente como nas fotos. A única coisa que quero pontuar para quem pretende se hospedar é que o estacionamento disponível não é do próprio hotel e sim um estabelecimento a parte, sendo cobrado 19 euros a diária- fato que não está claro em nenhum lugar do site durante a reserva, portanto foi uma supresa não muito agradável para nós. De resto, recomendo o hotel e me hospedaria novamente!

El wifi no funcionó 4 de los 6 días. Solicité ayuda por WhatsApp y en recepción, pero no obtuve respuesta. El aire acondicionado está conectado a la calefacción central y solo expulsaba aire caliente; en las noches húmedas era imposible enfriarlo. Como teníamos que dejar la ventana abierta, se oía lo que pasaba en las otras habitaciones, y cuando nos quejamos del ruido a las 2 de la madrugada, tardaron mucho en venir a investigar.
