A needed getaway
We had dinner at the restaurant because we were both too sick to venture out and it was delicious! Really good value for a hotel restaurant too. The breakfast buffet was just as good. Only criticism is the mattress wasn't great and the room decor dated compared to the lobby. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location and Excellent hotel staff
I was surprised when entering the door as it appeared to be a old factory and without all the gitz and glamour that normally goes with the front desk of the hotel. All staff were very helpful and spoke English. The front desk was a large table with old metal boxes for the storage of their bookwork. The rooms were excellent, quiet and no noise being transmitted from the passage or other rooms. Has a great sleep for the 2 nights. Breakfast was great with everything there to enjoy. I would stay there again and would advise any of my friends looking for a great hotel, great location to be the first choice for a matured couple.

Hip hotel with quiet rooms walkable to great food
We randomly picked this hotel based off reviews online and price point and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was super clean, had a hip feel with a happening lobby bar, and the room was perfect. The area around the hotel is great for restaurants and bars, but the hotel is just far away to be pleasantly quiet.

Great location
The hotel was not what I expected for the price since I paid a high fare. However the location is great since is super close to the Gran Via metro. The area is great however the street were the hotel is located is a little bit sketchy. Also the staff is literally very nice except for a redhead and the guy at the front desk.

Horrible if you expect to sleep
Booked based on the good reviews. The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a decent central location for getting out to shopping and sights during the day. At night it's directly across from a bar (Boyberry) and the street corners fills with ladies of the night. We ended up in a room directly over the hotels main entrance so the noise was horrible until about 0430 in the morning. All the smokers hang outside of the bars directly under the windows and talk/scream. It's on a one-way alley so cars/taxis/trucks also come through and honk at people in the streets at all hours. I even requested a room in the upper floors when I made the reservation, but we got the absolute worst location on first floor and reception didn't move us. The breakfast was OK, but not great and the choices aren't varied from one day to the next, so it gets old quick.
