Incrivel pensar que investiram muito na estrutura do hotel e economizaram em camas e travesseiros. Camas moles e travesseiros finos. Também precisam rever os elevadores que não são sequenciais, vc precisa chamar os 3 separadamente para tentar conseguir um deles para o seu andar, muito concorrido durante os horários de pico. Era mais rápido subir e descer pelas escadas do que ficar esperando elevador.

O quarto disponibilizado para mim era consideravelmente menor do que o esperado e menor do que o quarto disponibilizado aos meus pais. Apesar disso, a cama era confortável e o banheiro era bom. O maior problema da hospedagem, sem dúvida, foram os elevadores. Como o hotel estava lotado por conta do feriado, havia muita demora para conseguir utilizar um dos três elevadores disponíveis. Além disso, eles não eram interligados, o que tornava a espera ainda mais longa, e o elevador acabava parando em praticamente todos os andares. Outra situação bastante negativa foi a brinquedoteca. Fui até o local com meu filho e encontrei o ambiente extremamente bagunçado, com vômito de criança e água espalhada pelo chão. Não havia nenhum funcionário monitorando ou organizando o espaço, o que causou uma péssima impressão, especialmente por se tratar de uma área destinada às crianças. O café da manhã no primeiro dia também deixou muito a desejar. O ambiente estava caótico, parecendo uma verdadeira cena de guerra. Meus pais desceram um pouco mais tarde para a refeição e encontraram diversas bandejas vazias, além da falta de pratos, talheres e poucas opções disponíveis.
