It is close to the train station. one train stop to Namba. At first it was intimidating to us for the no front desk but it went smoothly. There was a washing machine but no dryer.

Modern, apt for younger, tech savvy people. No staff present, fully automated experience. Really okay, great value for money. But if you are more set in your ways, etc. might be a challenge. Area okay, close to hub station.

Overall Excellent
Really enjoyed the slightly off central location, that way I was still walking distance to many locations, but was able to stay in a quieter location. Rooms look exactly as pictured and were very clean. The bathtub in the shower/bathroom had a water re-heater in it which was extremely nice with the cold weather out and I really appreciated being able to live as if it were just a normal apartment. Entrance was a bit confusing at first, there are two key pads prior to the sliding inside door. A more obvious black key pad closest to the door is to call up to rooms and a smaller silver mirror-ish key pad to the right of it and that is the one that is used to put in the entrance code.
