The Wellness Center, with a cooling indoor swimming pool, sauna, and gym was a wonderful feature to enjoy through Germany's record breaking heat wave.

Beautiful and immaculately clean, then it stops ..... customer service absolutely appalling........having travelled around the world ......we all know that the German hospitality/ customer service is poor ... and yep they sure proved this ...... never will I stay again ...

The hotel was fine; however, the WiFi never worked unless I was actually sitting in the lobby near the receptionist. Extremely annoying and was not satisfied with that.

If this location is convenient for you, then this hotel is a great choice. Comfortable rooms, clean, a nice bar and an excellent restaurant. All in all a great place to stay

Der gesamte Aufenthalt war von der Anreise bis zur Abreise reibungslos. Alle nötigen Informationen wurden bereits im Vorfeld übermittelt. Das Personal war ständig vor Ort und stets hilfsbereit. Der Preis von 10 Euro für die große Auswahl an Frühstücksmöglichkeiten ist mehr als Akzeptabel. (Im Preis war Parken und W-Lan inklusive)
