Hotel Plaza Opera

The service we received from the staff at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. We cannot praise them highly enough. Julia in particular made our stay very memorable and we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Yes the rooms are on the small side but this is what you expect in properties such as this and it was so easy to do all we needed to. Also thanks for making my wife's birthday in Paris so memorable and special.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Good location, close to Montmartre and Opera. Rooms very small, no space for luggage, bathroom functional but no shower screen/curtain meant water goes everywhere. Nice surprise to have a balcony.

Elevator very, very small. Room very hot as a/c seemed to be stuck on hot and front desk/housekeeper "could not change it"

The hotel is near to self laundry service and restaurants. It is 10 minutes walk to g Galleries Lafayette and you can catch the big bus there. It is very convenient to the metro stations of different lines by walking a few minutes. The receptionist is very friendly and you can ask almost anything about Paris and you will get an answer. The room is spacious. The water for shower was hot and it was really important to us because it was winter. The surrounding is quiet and safe. There is a waiting area where you can sit and enjoy free hot tea and coffee. The receptionist ordered a taxi for us upon over request. We were also allow store our luggage upon early arrival. I would definitely stay in the hotel again and recommend the hotel to anyone.

Great sleep in a cute area close to the subway. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only thing that was missing was a shower curtain but perhaps that's the French way?
