Stayed at this hotel several times. Location is convenient for downtown and near the bus station. Nazarene, front desk, was very helpful and professional. The entire hotel staff is kind. I would recommend this hotel.

Quarto limpo, bom tamanho, com armário. Cama confortável e boa ducha. Saí antes do café da manhã então infelizmente não tenho como avaliar esse ponto. A desvantagem do hotel é não ter uma rampa na entrada. Ninguém veio ajudar a carregar as malas na chegada mas na saída um dos funcionários nos auxiliou.

Eu e minha esposa já conhecíamos o hotel antes da pandemia, e essa foi nossa primeira estadia após a reabertura. A equipe continua muito atenciosa e prestativa, possivelmente com novos funcionários, mas mantendo o padrão de bom atendimento. Tivemos apenas um inconveniente: a TV e o telefone do quarto não estava funcionando, e informamos o problema a recepção e solicitamos a troca de quarto. O problema foi a demora na solução. Chegamos(checkin), saímos(feira Rip) e, ao retornar por volta das 15:15 quando entao pudemos usar as instalações do quarto e deparamos com a situação e ao informar ainda aguardamos bastante, conseguindo descansar apenas por volta das 17h. No geral, o primeiro quarto apresentava limpeza razoável, o segundo já estava melhorzinho, enquanto as instalações do hotel são muito boas, limpas e organizadas. O café da manhã é mediano, algo que já era característico anteriormente. Ainda assim, a localização, a estrutura e, principalmente, a atenção da equipe contribuem positivamente para a experiência e satisfação dos hóspedes
