All good except no hotel laundry arrangements. If you want a laundry service you have to arrange your own with an outside agency. This is not at all convenient and not what I'd expect from a hotel like this.

Check where your room is.
Room B01 was in a separate annex a street away. The room I had was very noisy. Close to the front door every time any guests entered or left the door slammed. Right on the road too so street noise was disturbing as well. Room itself was clean and nicely presented and staff were pleasant. The location of my room was dreadful.

A great find close to both stations - train & bus
With this hotel it is hard to find fault. We had a good three days here. The one major drawback is, like so many little hotels, this one also doesn't have a lift. What it lacks is made up by so many other things. It is close to both the Victoria bus and train stations. It is in walking distance to many attractions. It has a 'handy' which you can take with you on your walks around London. We had few calls within the U.K. and even to Australia. The staff were professional and friendly without being intrusive and very helpful with any questions. We had a small, but adequate room. It was well appointed with a safe, tea/coffee facilities, fabulous bath sheets, hair dryer, comfy bed and pillow. 'The White Company' toiletries was a very nice touch. The ensuite was smallish, but well set out. We had a room which backed onto the courtyard at the back and it was very quiet. You were able to hear others around, but everyone was respectful of this. In the middle of the night you could hear a pin drop. A cooked breakfast is available, at extra cost, but I'm not sure why you would need it as the continental one is wonderful - cheeses, meat, boiled eggs, cereal, pastries, juice, tea/coffee and the best yoghurt I've had for ages. The only thing that we did miss was a lack of power points for rechargeing our devices and that is such a small thing. All-in-all we had a nice stay. Thank you.

Well located & clean room.. noise issues!
Great location for our trip! We stayed in the "annex building" of the hotel. This was a completely separate property. The hotel itself looked great and check-in was good. The room was cleaned to a very high standard and looked nice, with thoughtful touches such as toiletries, complimentary water, hot drinks selection.. However, the bed was much smaller than expected for a Queen bed and was not very comfortable. Our main gripe being we didn't expect to be woken up by cleaners stood chatting right outside our door at 8.30am and being noisy bringing in their cleaning trolley in. Check out was at 11am so we were confused as to why they would be there so early and disturb sleeping guests. Would consider staying again but would be careful on what room to book.
