The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It is clean. It is a stunning viewpoint every window overlooks a beautiful view. The only downside is that the swimming pool is outside of the hotel complex so you have to walk outside of the hotel along the beachfront and then into a gate using your key card to access the entrance. The pool is only open from 10 am so you end up sitting in a queue full of people to get in. The poolside is not very well maintained and is dirty. The pool bar only serves minimal food, pizza, chips or hotdog only. The hotel itself is fantastic. The children’s Club is fantastic. The rooms are large and new and clean with everything that you need. The food is exceptional having stayed in other hotels like Club med and five star hotels in the Caribbean the food is on part of this. The only thing that lets it down is the pool access and the poolside floor which is filthy.

The hotel staff were friendly. Check in and out took longer than most other hotels. The room and hotel were clean and tidy. Food options at the hotel were excellent. Many choices and flavoursome. The restaurant teams managed the area with military excellence, serving guests drinks, replenishing food, cleaning up. The all inclusive drink choices weren’t the best. Downside to this venue was the swimming pool areas. They were slightly off site, and could do with some renovation. There’s a bus stop outside the door of the hotel, and a short 7 minute walk to the train station. Parking on the site of the hotel was €19 per day but you could park on the Main Street outside for free.

LOVELY PLACE TO STAY! We stayed here for the first time and it was excellent! We enjoyed our visit so much that we even extended our stay. The only downside was that the family pool was closed. We would love to come back on another occasion. A special thank you to the reception staff for their very kind and pleasant approach. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Its decor is beautiful, it’s clean and fresh. The layout is wonderful because there are several places to sit, drink and enjoy the stunning views. The servers are friendly and helpful- Patricia at the lobby bar was especially great. The all-inclusive is incredible value for money- the food is overall really good (a few dishes are too salty, but other than that there’s so much choice and tasty options). I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely spacious room with stunning views from balcony. Great buffet breakfast. Quiet area with few restaurants nearby - enjoyed the Italian few mins away Pizzeria Pompei and Matilda’s coffee shop a big hit with us all too. Hotel’s rooftop terrace is great but sadly the bar was closed as was the family pool during our visit. All staff were very friendly and polite. Had a late flight home so being able to pay to keep room until 4 pm was a bonus. Highly recommend the hotel if you want to be in a quieter area of the Costa del Sol (easy access by bus or uber to Benalmadena or Fuengirola)

We just have returned from a 3 night stay and we had a great time Hotel was spotless Staff were great Our room 1142 was spacious and had a comfy bed and good shower and view over the sea We were all inclusive and the buffet restaurant food was plentiful and had lots of choice The options for AI at lunch were limited at the pool and only had a choice of crisps ,pre packed sandwiches,olives. and tacos. The season had however just begun and there was already work going on so i think the choice there will be better as the season goes on The bonita beach restaurant food and service was excellent and we had a lovely lunch there ( not included in AI for 3 nights) AI drinks were good. Some cocktails were better than others Location- quiet on the beach. Need an uber /taxi to go to the more built up areas If you want a beach front all inclusive hotel for a good price then definitely would recommend
