Overall great stay, perfect location 5 minutes walking distance to mall restaurants and much more , great breakfast I only gave 5 star because the elevator had a fowl smell that could be corrected but everything else great. I would stay there again

Clean rooms and all amenities were very nice. We had a short stay and was having car problems for our return trip home. The staff was helpful in reserving the same room for an additional night and helping find a garage for repairs.

10/10 Exceptional

Really pleasant stay at this place which is a cut above the typical budget chain hotel. Location is great - a short walk to the Tanger malls and a short drive to the beach. Easy parking, nice welcome and a super clean, spacious room with everything I need - clean, quiet, comfortable bed, reasonable bathroom with decent products. My only gripe - no coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was standard dull stuff - bagels, muffins, cereal and unappealing eggs and sausage. But, hey, it was included in the cheapish shoulder season rate. I left happy.

They should change the menu at least every two days; it wasn't easy for us to stay for five days and eat the same thing. The pancake machine is a good idea, but adding a second machine would be more helpful for guests. We had problems with the air conditioning at 3:00 AM on Friday; the issue was resolved by 4:00 PM that same day, and the work was well done. The maintenance person was always attentive.

8/10 Very good

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times. It’s clean and comfortable and quiet at night for sleeping. This time though it felt as though the cleaning staff didn’t quite finish. There was no soap for the bathroom sink, the bath shampoo and conditioner were almost empty and therefore impossible to squeeze and get any product out. When I went to the front desk to ask for soap for the bathroom sink, the front desk person grilled me about whether I had really looked for the soap. I said I had looked on the sink, under the sink, and on the towel shelf. He said there was gel in the tub. I said that I did use the squeeze gel in the shower after using the toilet but that seemed awfully inconvenient. He then went and got me a bar of soap. But it was still a good stay and I’ll likely stay there again.

Very clean, basic hotel with bare bones amenities. Friendly staff. It was great for us because we had a dog with us. Right on a bike trail and next to a big outlet mall. Perfect for our needs.

Arrived 40 minutes after check-in time to be told that our room would not be ready for another 15-20 minutes. Staff were friendly. The room did not get cold and tended to run on the warmer side- even when turned down to 65. Overall a clean and a decent place to stay.
