This hotel is convenient to resturant and shopping like Target and Ross stores. The staff was friendly but the shuttle driver was not deserving of a tip. The front of the hotel was in the back of the building a very unconventional place for a entrance. Overall the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was adequate. I would stay again when I visit.

This is a very utilitarian hotel. If you need a clean place to sleep near the airport then this location meets that need. That said, the doors and walls were paper thin. I could hear the guy in the room next to me snoring like he was in my room. In the morning, the sound of people in the halls was barely buffered by the door. Have access to white noise on you if you decide to stay here.

Amazing stay for the price. Staff on the reception was always helpful in our two night stay. They guided us through the stay as it was our first time in Chicago. Shuttle service was efficient. Breakfast had cheese omelets, sausage, cereal, peanut butter, fruits, coffee/tea etc. Overall happy with the stay.
