Analisando os pontos positivos,vejamos: Custo benefício, atendimento excelente das funcionárias Aline e Naise da recepção, prestativas,atenciosas,educadas e gentis, atendendo as nossas solicitações; ótima localização, ótima panificadora na frente do hotel, fácil acesso; Pontos negativos: Nós colocaram em um quarto que o banheiro não estava bem limpo, e ficava alagado, cabelos no chão e larvas passeando no piso do banheiro, no interior do frigobar havia cabelos no que solicitamos a mudança de quarto e fomos atendidos; Café da manhã tem deixado a desejar com relação a higiene e variedades, já foi melhor e caiu muito , vi a funcionária que fazia a limpeza das mesas repondo alimentos com as mãos sem a devida higiene; com tudo, o hotel ainda é um ambiente familiar,tranquilo e vale a hospedagem devido ao custo benefício e localização.
