Important as a young solo traveller to be aware of the demographics of the area. This area is purely young German tourists with some nuisance once the drinks are flowing Not an issue in itself, but as a young solo Brit, it was rather intimidating.

Really nice modern hotel . Staff were really helpful and friendly . Mainly German area -( in the German version of Magaluf apparently ) We were 40 somethings and it was no problem at all. No drunks , no shouting fighting ect. Holiday was silent at night.

My 11 year old son and I loved this hotel. Modern, very clean, spacious, great amenities. Having breakfast go until 1 pm is amazing. The dinner for half boarders is a La carte and a as sometimes confusing but always delicious. Had a *terrific* massage at the spa by Cati. The hotel twice arranged rental cars for us, in which the agency delivers you a car. Notable is you rent for “one day” but the car is due back at the hotel by 8-10 pm. Location was it extremely walkable to the beach, restaurants etc. As others mentioned, the shower is weird but whatever. The biggest plus of this place is the staff. They go above and beyond repeatedly to make your stay wonderful. I cannot say enough about the front desk, bar and restaurant staff. The whole hotel smells amazing as well. Everyone speaks English and German quite well.

The property was excellent. I stayed in a swim-up room and made an excellent choice. The property was spotless and all areas well kept. The staff were attentive and polite at all times. Unfortunately the hotel is in the wrong area for me, my fault as I didn't research. S'Arenal is to Germany as Magaluf is to England.

It was an ok stay. Nice view from the room. Easy access to transportation although we used mostly Ubers during our stay. There is a lovely strip about 4 minutes walk from the hotel that we didn’t discover till the night before we left so we spent the afternoon after checking out just walking along the beach. Was disappointed because we were assured we would be able to pay for late check out but they changed their tune the morning of which disrupted my plans so wasn’t a very happy girl on check out. Food was mid. Massage session was mid also. Could have spent my money on something better. Facilities are ok for off season with not as many guests. Overall ok hotel. Would I stay there again? Doubt it.

The food was disgusting. A majority of the staff were very rude and not accommodating. Had to battle with them just to get the basics! They charge €3 for a bucket of ice… yes ice. The property itself was clean and in a good location but the poor customer service and food was a let down.

Modern , minimalist and comfortable hotel w/ all commodities for a good stay . Would stay here again but would not recommend a long stay as the area where it’s located is very crowded and made for German tourists mainly. Stayed for 5 nights on half board regime , lovely breakfast w/ good variety everyday just would improve the range for brunch such as more salads and pasta options as breakfast is from 8am-13 ;also would not recommend to have dinner included as same is a la cart and can be very restricted at times . It Would definitely be nicer if the hotel was not so “German tourist “oriented and more all nationalities instead. Lovely spa and outside pool , comfortable beds and nice rooms w / pool and see view in our case . Bar menu could also be improved, more choice needed .

Beautiful property, we particularly appreciated the cleanliness as well as the late check out by mid-day. Entry doors to each room are very noisy and they close with a large bang that borderline makes the walls tremble. The rooms have zero noise isolation, so do consider that before booking you vacation with this hotel. The whole complex is really nice, but once you get outside of the hotel complex you encounter drunken and noisy people everywhere. So from my personal perspective, although I like the hotel, the surroundings are horrible and therefor I will never return here.
