Not a cheap option
The Stanley is somewhat run down, the general cleanliness around the building is not up to standard, items in the room were poorly finished and the rainshower did not work properly. On the plus side the pool and pool area are nicel. As pne of the most expensive places to stay in PoM it does not represent good value for money and you'd be far better off staying at the Hilton

Restaurant CHIEF CHEF has an attitude. I ate PORK/HAM/pig meat that was placed along with Hash brown potatoes dish and covered. When I complained to the manager, WHITE chief chef stareted arguing that he doesn't have more space. No label and mixing in the hash brown potatoes is NOT acceptable. I brought this up to several managers... if this White Chief Chef continues, STANLEY will have international problem from MUSLIMS for feeding them PORK/POG/HAM by mixing it in potatoes patties and keeping them inside same container with hash brown potatoes.

I loved the location next to the mall. The Stanley is very nice and very clean. Room decor was lacking, and the pillows were too full. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Rooms suffer from poor quality fittings. My shower had more water out the side of the shower rose than out the head. Asked housekeeping to look into it but nothing done after 3 nights.
