Arrived at hotel and our room was not made up, we paid for a double bed but received 2 single beds. When we spoke with staff their response was "there's nothing we can do we're full". We had to make our own single beds to sleep in. After being in transit for 26hrs this was the last thing we needed. The hotel is in a great location! Noise travels easily throughout the hotel. Wifi is unreliable. When staff approached their response was "we don't know what's wrong". We also returned to our room with the door unlocked and slightly open.

Great location, small rooms but comfy. Wifi and tv worked fine. Good shower and bathroom.

Other than the obvious concerns such as a reasonable level of cleanliness and comfort, the one essential for me is functioning wifi. This is especially so as I rely upon being able to put my tired feet up in the evening and plan my next day via the internet. For my two day stay, it was not working.On site staff were very kind and understanding but were at the mercy of an outside contractor in this regard. These two days in Paris were seriously affected as a result, resulted in me wasting my time and money to a large extent. Essentially, I didn't get what I contracted for when I paid for this room., and even with a refund -- which I didn't get -- nothing can get me back this lost opportunity. Other than the inevitable noise from those going up and down the wooden stairs I was happy with my stay. I know of at least one other guest who was greatly affected by this issue at the time of my stay.

Wi Fi wasn’t available. We had trouble booking our tickets online and had to connect to insecure public wi fi to get the GPS and other information. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is awesome and very near to Eiffel Tower.
