Exceptional 10.0
Nice Hotel, Clean and Friendly Staff.
The hotel was very good but unfortunately the area was full of African people. Not too many French people. Although they did not cause us any issues, we did not feel safe. We were very happy with the Hotel and the breakfast we enjoyed.

Overnight accommodation near Gare du Nord
Hotel Albert Premier was lovely and quiet in a busy, noisy neighbourhood. A short walk from Gare du Nord, it was easy to find and staff were efficient and pleasant. The room was small, but serviceable, with a bath, which is a luxury in modern hotel rooms. Décor was a bit dated, but fine for a short stay and by no means unattractive.

Great staff and transport options.
Great position for transport on Eurostar and to airports. Lovely staff. Shower was broken but we were leaving so we had to cope.

Last days in Paris
Every thing was great with the exception of the noise from across the street from St Christopher's dorm style hotel with street drinking and unacceptable noise levels. This may not be the norm all nights but there was a France Wales football match which explained the continual chanting one day/evening. Close to Gare E'st snd Gare Nord so very convenient for train Travellers also apart from being rather late the airport shuttle arranged by the hotel was very good, with front door pick up.

Close to Gare du Nord station. It was convenient for me as I was in Paris just for a night and for work and being nearby a reliable public transportation was a must for me. However, I wouldn't stay in this area if I was there on holidays. Lots of beggars and homeless people around.

Great access to two major stations.
A great hotel for catching the train from East and North stations. Very comfortable and quiet - although I did have a courtyard facing room rather than a street facing one. VERY busy area with lots of people hanging around in the area - typical of stations I suppose. Terrific staff - very helpful and with a sense of humour when I asked for an assiette rather than a serviette! Would stay again when needing easy access to station, but not for an extended time in Paris.

Nice hotel and service, but poor cleaning
The room was nice and the people at the reception really useful. However the heating on the room didn't work properly and it was too hot during the night, preventing us from getting any rest. The room wasn't cleaned properly during our stay either.

A positive stay overall
Comfortable beds and great service at front desk. The housekeeping team start early every morning (around 8am on my floor), so don't count on having a lie in.

Very convenient for Eurostar
The hotel is a very short walk from Gare du Nord and the Eurostar so very convenient. It is also close to Gare du L’Est. We were only there a night so the location was great. The staff were friendly and informative. The room was perfect for a night. Although on a busy road near several bars the windows shut out the noise.

Good location if you are travelling by train
Single room is really small but for the price I paid it was all right. Buffet breakfast is very basic - croissant and bread, jam, egg, coffee and tea (it's good they had powdered chocolate drink), ham and salami, some cheese, juice and a few fruits. Again, given the room rate, which came with free breakfast, that is fine. Hotel is situated really near Gare du Nord (about 5 minutes walk) and Gare de l'Est (about 8 minutes walk). There is a small Carrefour grocery nearby, a patisserie (forgot the name but very delicious pastries yet cheap; don't bother buying at those inside the train station), several restaurants (which I did not try), a McDonald's and Burger King). Reception staff are pleasant. You can leave your luggage after checking out if your journey is still later in the day. I was just surprised that they ask guests to leave the room key card when you go out; they do have an in-room safe that is big enough to fit a laptop. Hotel room was advertised as having a free bottle of water; there was none in my room - maybe the cleaning staff forgot.
