Hotel Moulin Vert

Great place, clean, a bit small but for the price it is ok. Close to metro, safe, has a little nightlife around it

Its a beautiful, well maintained small hotel in a Paris neighborhood with shops, bars, restaurants and sidewalk cafes. The staff was friendly and spoke English, French and Spanish. It's casual and old but the rooms were clean and the area was perfect for strolling away from touristic areas and to get a sense of French lifestyle. It was charming and convenient, I recommend it to travelers on a budget. We enjoyed our stay completely.

Very rude service from front desk staff. They do not have proper communication with hotels.com and could not find our reservation. They waited until check-out to inform us, while we are waiting for our uber to pick us up for CDG. During check-in they did not ask us for any information, no identification, they just handed us the keys. While checking out, the man started giving us a hard time, informing us that we should have "checked" our information and started putting the blame on us. We had all our reservation documents, confirmation booking number and we had even called the hotel prior to confirm our reservation and was told it was good. The man did not want to take any ownership. It was clearly very poor communication between the hotel and hotels.com. In the end he was rude enough to tell us we were not welcome back, for their mistakes. Paris has sooooo many cute and affordable accomodations. My recommendation, a void this one at all costs. It's not even as close to metro/transit as many others, so not an ideal choice, especially since the staff are so rude.

Very.nice room recently renovated but unfinished / disappointment with small details (see photos) Bedding stained. No renewal of tea / coffee tray. Denying coffee disappointing attitude. Lift fell old and unsafe
