The hotel canceled our 3-room 3-night reservation one day before we were supposed to check in. They claimed "water damage". Not sure how you can water damage three separate rooms at the same time. I messaged the hotel a couple weeks before to confirm the exact address and never got a response. This appears to be a shady/questionable Expedia listing.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL- IT'S A SCAM!!
Do not book this hotel- its a scam, advertised as a new name. This business are impossible to get in touch with. It says in the small print to get in contact with the hotel 24 hours before your check in, however they do not respond. We turned up to the hotel on the day of check in and could only get into the foyer- the reception was locked. We tried to message on Whatsapp and was double blue ticked- they read and ignored us asking for help and refused to answer any phone calls. We rang the 2 numbers that were on a poster in the window and both numbers were disconnected. This business was previously called 'sunny side apartments' and also known as 'MKM apartments sunny'. Reviews dating back 10 years say the same through google- no communication, ended up having to book a new hotel on the day and no refund or apology from the hotel for no service. Contacted Hotels.com and they stated they would not be able to take this business off the website, therefore this hotel is getting away with taking money and not providing a service- please do not book this hotel!!

Die bezahlte Reservierung wurde nicht anerkannt und wir bekamen die gebuchten Appartements nicht. Auf E-Mail wurde nicht reagiert und am Telefon wurde alles abgestritten. Danach war keine Kontaktaufnahme mehr möglich. Vorsicht vor diesem Vermieter!

Ett boende för folk som har mycket tålamod
Adressen på boendet var felaktig. Uppgifterna om att receptionen är bemannat är också felaktigt och det gick inte att få tag i någon uthyrningsansvarig. Det tog oss flera timmar att få tillträde till det rummet vi hyrde och betalde i förväg. Flera andra gäster vi träffade hade samma problem att få tag i sina rumsnycklar. Rummet var annars bra och väl städat.

Wir wurden nicht ins Zimmer gelassen, da im Kleindruck stand, Checkin 24 h vor Ankunft und wir das nicht gesehen haben. Expedia hatten wir direkt am Tel. nach ca. 1,15 Std. Wir mussten nach Hause fahren. Expedia meinte wir sollten uns ein Hotel suchen. Unser Geld wurde einbehalten ohne Leistung! Die Apartment Besitzer haben Telefonanrufe, WhatsApp Mitteilungen und Email ignoriert. So erhielten wir nicht den Schlüsdelcode! Nie mehr buchen wir bei Expedia!!!
