Dirty shirts all weekend
No iron no laundry and no assistance from concierge on this

Not pleased at all. The bed is super uncomfortable. The wood floors are coming up in the room. The front desk folks are not nice or helpful. The WiFi hardly works. I had a room reserved and it’s not the room I got. Just overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

I loved this hotel! The room was wonderful with classic wood flooring. The hotel has a lovely, large courtyard with tables and umbrellas for just sitting and relaxing. But best of all is the breakfast buffet! It is the best I have ever seen--even better than the 4-star hotel we stayed in later in the week. Bravo, Hotel Medici!

Nightmare Night Staff
This is by far the worst stay in a hotel I have had. Day staff are nice and friendly. But the night staff are rude. An old friend from a few years ago came to visit and we were having sodas in my room when the hotel ejected him. I was in a single room for 1 person. If I wanted I needed a second room for 2 people. We wanted to relax talk about old times. No I MUST use the lounge. When asked where it stands on paper...nothing to produce. Then they wanted to call the police. An argument ensued. Bottom line the most unfriendly night staff ever. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. Pity have several more nights to stay.
