8/10 Very good

A good choice for us. Newly remodeled building with modern and a relaxed style. The staff were all very personable friendly and helpful, particularly Liz and Miguel. Our room was clean, quiet, comfortable and we both slept well. Parking was easy. Can’t speak to the food as we didn’t eat there but the one round of drinks we got were good.

The rating showed a 6.2 but that had to have been before the remodel amd hotel chain buyout. VERY nice hotel, staff and services.

Staff was pleasant when arriving late at night from the airport. Enjoyed the soft bed, comforter, and plush pillows. The entire room, including bathroom, was clean. The temperature was perfect when walking into the room.

2/10 Poor

The bathtub had no water. Apparently the faucet was broken. The staff was helpful. Also, we purchased breakfast on Expedia but th staff denied the purchase.

8/10 Very good

The hotel was ok, not bad. They are short on staffing, and the star bucks in the hotel opens a bit late. We did ask for towels and extra pillows, it took 10-15 minutes to get. The front desk girl was by herself. No help. There is no Bonvoy amenities. No water in the rooms or robes. There is no balconies. It is a just ok hotel. Clean and polite staff. Lots of parking as well. And live streaming.
