Small hotel central to everything
Centrally located to restaurants, shops and university . Comfortable bed and good clean bathroom facilities. Stairs to rooms.

Quirky
This hotel is very quirky. It's older with stairs going everywhere which was really weird but funny. No lifts though, so careful with the suitcases. Clean rooms, excellent spot, right on the main street close to shops, university. Staff were helpful. We really liked it. Quirky - that's what made it memorable!

Triple family room not as pictured on website
The Triple Family Room (149 GBP/Night) was not as pictured on the web site of hotels.com. The room can fit 2 the most. Once the sofa bed was fold out there was no space to walk or open our 3 luggages. The reception man offered no assistance with luggages upon both check in and check out. Room decoration is very basic. The things we like are the cleanliness of bed linen and the location. This hotel does not deserve 4 star rating.

Exceptional 10.0
The perfect position for a stay in Oxford
I was very happy with this hotel when I arrived. It was exactly as advertised. The position was perfect for looking around Oxford, being right in the centre of everything. It was within walking distance to the train station too. The staff were very welcoming, warm and friendly. The room had a lovely homely feeling and was spacious, clean and comfortable. My room looked out over the main street where I could see university buildings and the passing cyclists. There's a cafe downstairs which is so convenient.
