a nice place, secluded, quiet, still a short walk to metro, shops etc. proper wine glasses could be available in the room, though. it is a marginal cost but much improvement over plastic cups.

We had an unpleasant 3 day stay at this 4 star Hotel from the time we checked in until the time we left. The front desk lady was most unhelpful and was not at all interested in trying to assist us in any way. Our room was small, (which is acceptable for Paris) but it was also dingy with dirty dusty curtains and without an extractor fan in the bathroom/toilet. My wife's asthma was severely affected by the dustiness but when I complained and requested a different room, for which I was prepared to pay, I was told that the Hotel was full and that nothing could be done about it. This was an untruth as the Hotel was far from full and was confirmed by a different front desk lady the next day. We checked out a day early, but even this was not without its problems as the same front desk lady that checked us in, cancelled our shuttle to the airport (even though it had been paid for) because it arrived 45 minutes early and we were not yet ready. Fortunately a taxi could to be summoned urgently to replace the shuttle. We have visited Paris many times and stayed in a number of different hotels both big and small but this is the first Hotel that we cannot recommend.

Great location either for pleasure or for business. I would highlight the warm welcome I received when I arrived at the hotel. Congrats to Sultane!
