Loud noises from inside and outside the hotel
Loud noises outside the hotel from several construction work going on and from guests in next door rooms Could not get proper sleep, complained to the front office but they said they cannot do anything, nor did they offer to refund part of my hotel room rate, had booked for 4 days during the new year

Exceptional 10.0
Very reliable, always comfortable
clean, great value, rooms are small but have super comfortable beds and modern and stylish design. Quiet always. Ive stayed many times and have never had a complaint. I would love it if free coffee cups were a bit larger :)

Better places
We did not have soap in the room to wash our hands or a tv remote control. When we called the front desk these items were brought to our room. The hallway smelled of marijuana. And the doors were very loud at night when people went in and out of the rooms. There are definitely better places to stay in Chicago. A $15 Fee was added to my bill and as far as I could tell it got us a small black coffee or tea.

No hot water. Otherwise good stay.

I don’t recommend Valet parking.
Takes too long to get your car from Valet parking. When dropping off you also need to wait for someone to give your car keys. They said you can call from your room to get your car ready but when you try to call all the numbers are busy.

Not worth the money
Definitely not the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. There were make up stains on the sheets and comforters. The wall near the trash can had something splattered on it from previous guests that was never cleaned up. The curtains also had something on them. The bathroom sink had an extremely slow drain and what looked like little seeds kept coming up from it. The room was small and felt cramped. Not worth the price, even at a discount.

I would choose a better hotel if I were you
Was told I’ll have a room with a beautiful view. The window was no wider than a refrigerator. More like a Jail House window. Paid for Valet upon checking in. They charged me $60 for it. Came back later in the evening and was told Valet was full and I need to self park at the Godfrey Hotel. Parked there over night and was charged $52 by them. Felix hotel still has not refunded my $60 for Valet I could never use. Also, this hotel is on a one-way street with limited parking. If you are alone, you’ll be screwed. If your with someone that drives, they can drive around in circles while you run in to get Valet. Note: The attendants are not outside and when they do come out, they’ll say their full and you have to pay for self park while they still have your money.

Great Location... okay for a quick stay
The location is great. Our room was super small. Its also not insulated very well. You could hear everything from the people next to us and i mean EVERYTHING if you know what i mean. Checking in, the guy at the desk was a little rude. I questioned the rate as to what was being charged and he instantly told me to reach out to expedia. I didnt even book through that and it was just a question. Even so, the hotel is responsible for honoring booking rates. Either way, it was an extra charge for an "urban fee". Which by what we could tell was basically charging for wifi because there was no coffee that they say you get with that "fee". At the time it was a cheap place to stay so we chose it. I probably wouldnt stay again.

It was okay. People who staying in the next room smoked an started banging on the wall at 4 in the morning

Good, but okay for four stars
It was good overall! But a little disappointing for a four star hotel. My hair dryer was old and broken, my phone was broken, and there was only one outlet in my room. The concierge was also in the back and I had to wait a few minutes for him to come out a couple of times. Other than that, the place is in nice condition, and friendly people
