Convenient location close to a supermarket and a restaurant. The staff were very friendly and did everything to ensure our stay was comfortable and suited the needs of two limited mobility individuals. The only real complaint was that the room would get quite hot and stuffy. Without airconditioning or the ability to open a window, it was uncomfortable.

3* hotel at 5* prices
The hotel was OK but not worth anywhere close to the $342 we were charged for a basic room with no breakfast. The room was larger than expected with a comfy couch and good sized TV. The decor looked a bit old and basic and the art was a little weird, but we were only there for 1 night so we didn't care too much. The bathroom was a good size with a powerful shower. However, our room did not have all of the advertised amenities (minibar, ac). The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, but after flying for 20 hours we were too tired to make a fuss. The room itself was reasonably clean but the hallway looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. We paid $43 for breakfast the next morning, which was another disappointment. Shrivelled potatoes, lumpy custard masquerading as scrambled eggs, empty bread baskets. Staff seemed too stressed to care. We come to Dublin 2-3 times per year so we know what standard to expect at each price range. This hotel is not good value for money and I wouldn't return unless they significantly dropped their rates.

Very good hotel, just don't rely on their Wifi
Clean and comfortable. Good location for South Dublin. I've stayed here 12-15 times. Complete lack of support to get Wifi working for the duration of my stay this devastating. Adelina was my point of contact at Reception, and she just kept making stuff up about why the Wifi would not work for me. The manager on duty on the late morning of 28 January was also completely disinterested in the issue. Safe not working in my bedroom (506).
