Very nice hotel and an exceptional stay. Each day, I enjoyed receiving text messages in the morning and evening inquiring about my stay and if there was anything I needed. Housekeeping was quick to assist whenever I called or texted. Check in staff (Aujanae) was amazing upon arrival and was very respectful and resourceful to cater to my needs. The only disappointment was the bell hop service. It was four of us with a total of 11 bags. No one tried to assist us with our belongings to our room so we struggled with our bags to the elevator, to our rooms which was on the 21st floor.

*I would book here Again* Negatives: Couple of the electrical outlets in the room were not working. Immediately was nagged to go to a timeshare presentation. While others were not bothered. 1/3 elevators were out on one of the towers. Staff’s overall energy was polite but not welcoming. CASHLESS HOTEL (besides valet) Positives: Rooms were clean and stocked up (toilet paper, tissues, towels, dishes, utensils, soap for dishes, soap, body & hair soaps) Pool & jacuzzi were great along with the general area of pool. Convenience store had decent selection of items. Free laundry facility on every odd floor. Overall hotel was always clean. Fair prices. Comfy beds.
