Don’t bother
We were on a fact finding mission for our international karate club. This entailed research into accommodation for our members. There was an extensive wait for our room to be ready upon arrival. When questioned the staff had a “couldn’t care less “ attitude. Very condescending and rude. We declined an offer of a complimentary drink because we were very tired and just wanted to unwind after a long flight. We were left languishing in the hotel foyer without any explanation or update. We had our 13 year old grandson who required a bathroom and were told to wait. Extremely disappointed and frustrated at lack of service or empathy from reception staff.
