My wife and I stayed in unit 414 several weeks ago for seven days before this visit by myself into unit 407 for another seven days We’re from NZ This time my bed was not made the entire time Toilet and wash basin not cleaned Only when I complained the bed was made the day before I left No vacuuming, bugs and rubbish on the floor I’ve taken photos Table not cleaned but the coffee cup was cleaned and coffee replaced but not spoons (which are wooden and make coffee taste woody) So I will not stay again I’ll go next door in two months time For a place that’s called Platinum International it’s a joke Bill van Dammen Ps I did complain after paying They did apologize and the general manager was not available
